01About

I'm Urvashi — bringing together project management, marketing, operations, and analytics in how I approach work.

That combination is unusual, and it's the point. I've run enterprise program governance at a major public utility and go-to-market execution for consumer brands, so I read a program through both lenses: the structure that keeps delivery honest, and the outcome the work is actually for.

At Seattle City Light I owned the RAID log for the Time-of-Use initiative, built the Asana project boards from scratch, and developed Tableau and Power BI dashboards for senior leadership. A continuous improvement initiative I led took RAID data accuracy from 70% to 95% and cut weekly reporting time in half.

Earlier, as a Project & Marketing Operations Manager and Strategy Consultant, I led 10+ concurrent projects across healthcare, skincare, retail and hospitality while driving a 40% increase in product sales, 500% growth in online visibility, and a 35% improvement in cross-functional execution efficiency through Agile delivery.

I'm completing my MS in Project Management at Northeastern University (3.9 GPA, minor in Data Analytics, graduating June 2026), and I'm looking for roles where stakeholder communication, data-driven decision-making and process optimization are the job rather than the overhead.

02How I Work

The same disciplined rhythm, every program.

  1. 01

    Align on Scope & Owners

Every workstream starts with a written scope, a named owner, and an agreed definition of done. Ambiguity about who owns what is the single biggest source of slippage.

  2. 02

    Build the Governance Backbone

RAID log, milestone map and dependency tracker stood up on day one in Asana or Jira — so risks are visible as risks, not as surprises in week nine.

  3. 03

    Track, Report & Escalate

Executive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, plus weekly written updates. Variances flagged early, action items chased until they close.

  4. 04

    Improve & Hand Over

Every program leaves behind training materials and documented process, so the next person inherits a system rather than a folder of spreadsheets.

04Case Studies

How I think, plan, and deliver.

Each one follows the same shape: what the situation actually was, what I did about it, and what changed as a result.

RAID Governance Redesign

Seattle City Light · Time-of-Use Program

RAID GovernanceAsanaContinuous ImprovementProcess Design
My Role
Process owner & continuous improvement lead
The Goal
Make the RAID log something the program actually relies on, not a stale spreadsheet
Key Outcome
70% → 95% data accuracy · 80%+ update compliance
Open case study

Challenge

The Time-of-Use Program's RAID log was only about 70% accurate. Entries were inconsistent, ownership was unclear, and teams updated it sporadically — which meant risks surfaced in steering committee meetings rather than in the log where they belonged.

What I Did

I audited every open entry to find where the process broke down, then rebuilt it: a standardized intake format so every risk, issue, assumption and decision was captured the same way; a named owner and next action on every row; and a weekly review rhythm tied to the existing program cadence so updating the log became part of the routine instead of extra work. I built training materials and walked teams through the new process directly.

Outcome

Data accuracy moved from 70% to 95% and stakeholder update compliance held above 80%. Risks started getting raised in the log first, which gave leadership a real-time view instead of a reconstructed one.

Executive Reporting in Tableau

Seattle City Light · 7 cross-functional teams

TableauPower BIAsanaDependency Mapping
My Role
Reporting owner & dashboard developer
The Goal
Give leadership one view of how 7 teams' work actually connected
Key Outcome
50% reduction in weekly reporting time · earlier risk identification
Open case study

Challenge

Seven cross-functional teams delivered into the same program, but each tracked milestones separately. Dependencies were understood informally, so a slip on one team was often discovered only once it had already blocked another — and assembling the weekly update meant chasing people by email.

What I Did

I built the program's Asana boards from scratch and mapped dependencies between all seven teams, so a milestone date change propagated visibly to everything downstream. On top of that I developed Tableau and Power BI dashboards for senior leadership, surfacing milestone progress, risk status and open cross-team blockers from live data rather than hand-collected updates.

Outcome

Weekly reporting time dropped by 50% because the update assembled itself. More importantly, dependency risks became visible early enough to re-sequence work instead of absorbing the delay.

Energy Insights Training Program Redesign

Seattle City Light · Time-of-Use Enrollment Tool · 4 internal teams

Training DesignChange ManagementBrand StandardsStakeholder Enablement
My Role
Training content owner & designer
The Goal
Give internal staff a training program they could actually use to enroll customers into the Time-of-Use program
Key Outcome
Rolled out across 4 customer-facing teams · adopted as the standard onboarding reference
Open case study

Challenge

Customers enroll in the Time-of-Use program through SCL's Energy Insights tool, so every customer-facing team needed to understand it well enough to walk customers through it confidently. Ownership of the training content shifted to me partway through the rollout, and the existing materials weren't meeting the bar the program needed, so I ended up redeveloping the training from the ground up rather than patching what was there.

What I Did

I started by learning the Energy Insights tool end-to-end myself — I wasn't going to train anyone on something I didn't fully understand first. SCL has strict brand standards, so I researched the brand templates and color guidelines before designing anything, then built a presentation deck that paired clear, easy-to-read slides with real tool walkthroughs and visuals. I also wrote talking-point scripts for trainers so the material delivered consistently regardless of who was presenting it, not just read well on a slide.

Outcome

The redesigned training rolled out across four teams — Customer Care Call Center, Customer & Billing Care, Customer Technology Solutions, and Customer Experience & Marketing — and became the standard reference material for onboarding staff onto the tool.

TFW Valentine's Collection Launch

Godiawala Studios · Go-to-market

Go-to-MarketProduct MarketingCross-Functional Delivery
My Role
Launch lead
The Goal
Take a seasonal collection from concept to market on a fixed date
Key Outcome
+40% increase in sales
Open case study

Challenge

That Feel When (TFW) had a seasonal collection with an immovable launch date and a team spread across design, photography and content — none of whom reported to me. A fixed deadline with no formal authority is the classic coordination problem.

What I Did

I built a go-to-market roadmap working backwards from the launch date, with explicit handoffs between design, photography, content and paid media. Monthly social calendars gave everyone a shared view of what shipped when, and I ran the dependency chain so a delay in photography didn't quietly become a delay in paid media.

Outcome

The collection launched on schedule and drove a 40% increase in sales. The roadmap format became the template for subsequent launches at the studio.

IvyPrep Growth Strategy

Godiawala Studios · Research to enrollment lift

User ResearchA/B TestingContent StrategyMulti-Channel Marketing
My Role
Growth & content strategy lead
The Goal
Turn one repeating post format into a content strategy built around what the audience actually wanted
Key Outcome
+60% Instagram followers · +30% annual enrollments · 500% visibility lift
Open case study

Challenge

When I took over IvyPrep's marketing, their entire Instagram presence ran on a single template — a student's photo, their grade, and the university they got into, repeated post after post. It wasn't building real engagement or telling prospective families anything about what the program was actually like.

What I Did

I started with research: tracking engagement on existing Instagram stories to understand who was actually following the account, then running ads to test what that audience wanted to see and hear. That fed into A/B testing across new formats — real, unscripted video of students and teachers in place of posed photos — to build genuine authenticity. I developed content tailored separately to parents and to the students themselves prepping for the SAT and PSAT, including quizzes and story-driven content, and organized live virtual events. We extended the push offline with newspaper and magazine placements and a new LinkedIn page carrying the same content to a more professional audience.

Outcome

Instagram followers grew 60%, annual enrollments rose 30%, and overall digital visibility increased 500% — with the offline and LinkedIn push extending that same authenticity into channels the brand hadn't touched before.
